The first motion sensing air freshner has been released by Glade. It’s called Sense and Spray. Isn’t technology wonderful? We can’t clean up the environement but we can mask it’s odor. I imagine the first motion sensing air freshener will have gazillions of women out buying the air freshener.
Heh, I just mentioned it to my girlfriend and now she wants to run right out and get a motion sensing air freshener. Like we don’t have enough scented candles burning all the time or we’re going to run out of Febreeze or Carpet Fresh any time soon.
It’s also higher priced than I want to pay for any kind of air freshener let alone a motion sensing air freshener. Sheesh, it’s 9 bucks USD for the stuff plus it takes batteries. Of course the refills for the air freshener are much cheaper. Only $3.50 USD.
What ever happened to the natural way of freshening the air in your house? Opening the windows is the easiest thing you can do and it’s free. It worked for hundreds of years and there was no smells in anyones house that I can remember. Lol, well, with the exceptions of houses with new babies. They could probably use 3 or 4 of the moiton sensing air fresheners. Of course that was in the days of cloth diapers and diaper pails.
I wonder about the wisdom of spraying all of these air fresheners into the air we breathe. What chemicals are in them and how do they affect us? Even good smells can be indoor air pollution. Have their been any stufies done on what air fresheners are doing to our lungs? I know some of them make my chest go tight at the first whiff.
Oh well, it’s progress, I guess. I’m sure all the ladies out there will be standing in line to get the first motion sensing air freshener and, like me, their husbands or boyfriends will be baffled as to why they are spending that kind of money when they could just open the window.
