Well, it’s spring and the snow goose hunting is going to be good in South Dakota again this year. Actuall the goose hunting isn’t going to be good, it’s going to be excellent. Just like the goose hunting has been for the years past.
The snow geese haven’t actually reached South Dakota yet but they are close. Spring snow goose hunting is from Feb 14, 2009 – May 3, 2009 this year, in South Dakota.
A friend of mine runs the motel in Lake Preston, South Dakota and she said she’s almost full for most of the spring snow goose season. At least for the first half of the season. The motel is located right in the center of the flyway and hunting is always good.
